Minute Rounding. Except as otherwise prohibited by law, calls invoiced on a per minute basis will have the initial minimum call duration of one (1) minute, with following intervals of one (1) minute each, and will be billed by rounding up to the next whole minute. UCS reserves the right to round up any and all UCS VoIP Calling Service invoice amounts to the nearest one (1) cent.
Minute Rounding. The measurement of call duration is based on one-minute increments, meaning that the duration of a call is rounded up to the next minute. For example, if you call for 5 minutes and 10 seconds we will round up the call length to 6 minutes.
