Miscellaneous Allowance. The Company will provide Executive with an annual allowance of $10,000 to be paid ratably throughout the year pursuant to the Company’s normal payroll practice, so long as similar benefits are provided to other members of the Executive Leadership Team. The Company may terminate such benefits at its discretion.

The types of expenses the Company would include as being reimbursable are as follows: Installation of telephone equipment comparable to old residence. Unexpired portion of auto registration fees. Driver's license fees (for all family members). Single payment of non-recurring sales, use, excise or title tax on automobile(s) brought into a State imposing such taxes. Baby sitting, when expenses are necessitated by the move. Alteration and/or installation of drapes and carpeting to fit the new residence if the drapes or carpeting were the ones used in the old residence and they were not included in the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the house. Retuning of a piano. Commercial shipment of an automobile if United Air Freight is not available and shipment has been approved by employee's Division (arrange shipment through EXOJF). Installation of TV antenna if employee moved it from old residence. This list is for example purposes only and it is not intended to exclude other reasonable expenses which an employee might incur solely as a result of the move.
Miscellaneous Allowance. The Executive shall be entitled to a miscellaneous expense allowance in the amount of Fourteen Thousand U.S. Dollars ($ 14,000) per calendar year during the Service Term, payable on a quarterly basis during the Service Term. · Relocation Expenses: The employee will be paid relocation expenses in case he decides to shift his residence to New Jersey area upto maximum of Twenty Five Thousand U.S. Dollars ($ 25,000)
Miscellaneous Allowance. The Company shall provide the Executive a one-time payment of $3,000 for initiation dues for an athletic club, dining club or country club. In addition, the Company shall provide the Executive with a monthly allowance of $400 to provide for the lease or purchase of a car, payment of club dues and other such expenses. The Executive shall not be required to document any such expenditures but will responsible for all taxes (including required tax withholding) on such allowance. The Company agrees that Executive will be reimbursed for approved business related mileage at the prevailing IRS rate of reimbursement.
Miscellaneous Allowance. Landlord shall make available to Tenant an allowance of up to $3.00 per RSF of the Premises (the “Miscellaneous Allowance”) for the costs of Tenant’s cabling, Tenant’s signage, EV stations (the cost of which EV stations shall be allocated between Landlord and Tenant pursuant to the terms of Section 10 of the Lease) and the cost of other items reasonably acceptable to Landlord (“Acceptable Items”). Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for the actual reasonable cost of Acceptable Items within 30 days after Tenant’s delivery to Landlord of invoices and other evidence reasonably requested by Landlord reflecting the actual reasonable costs incurred by Tenant for such Acceptable Items. The Miscellaneous Allowance shall only be available for use by Tenant for costs incurred by Tenant for Acceptable Items during the period commencing on the execution date of the Lease through the date that is 90 days after the Subsequent Premises Commencement Date (such period, the “Miscellaneous Allowance Reimbursement Period”). Any portion of the Miscellaneous Allowance with respect to which Landlord has not received an invoice (and/or other evidence reasonably requested by Landlord) within 90 days after the Miscellaneous Allowance Reimbursement Period for costs incurred during the Miscellaneous Allowance Reimbursement Period shall be forfeited and shall not be available for use by Tenant.
