Miscellaneous Contract Provisions. 30. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except with the written consent of the Subsidizing Agency or its successors and assigns and Developer or its successors and assigns. The Developer hereby agrees to make such modifications to this Agreement as may be required by DHCD to implement the Comprehensive Permit Rules, as amended from time to time.
