Common use of Miscellaneous Covenants Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous Covenants. (a) Borrower shall, upon entering into any Swap Contract, pay all sums required to be paid by Borrower thereunder. (b) No Swap Contract shall alter, impair, restrict, limit or modify in any respect the obligation of Borrower to pay interest or other sums due under the Loan Documents, as and when the same become due and payable.
