Miscellaneous Leave Without Pay. Employees may be granted leave without pay at the sole discretion of the Employer for any reason not to exceed two (2) years which may be extended at the discretion of the Employer up to an additional two (2) year period. Requests shall be submitted to the Institutional Superintendent.
