Common use of Miscellaneous Leave Without Pay Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous Leave Without Pay. Employees may be granted leave without pay at the sole discretion of the Employer for any reason for a period not to exceed two years which may be extended at the discretion of the Employer for an additional two-year period. Such leave shall not be unreasonably denied.
