Common use of Miscellaneous Permits and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous Permits and Taxes. Except as covered by the terms of Section 5.5.1 above, with respect to each Property, all water and sewer charges and taxes (other than ad valorem property taxes) shall be prorated as of the Closing Date. Each Property’s Seller will be credited for that portion of taxes and fees paid by such Seller allocable to the period after the Closing Date.
