Missed Trips. For the purpose of reporting “missed trips,” the Contractor agrees to maintain records of missed trips affecting passengers who are provided paratransit service under this Agreement. The Contractor agrees to submit a missed trip report each time a request for billing is submitted. For the billing period, the report shall identify the number of missed trips affecting eligible passengers and the dates on which missed trips were experienced. The Contractor agrees that missed trip records used to prepare the report are subject to review by the City to ensure the accuracy and validity of information reported.
