Common use of Mitigation of Force Majeure Event Clause in Contracts

Mitigation of Force Majeure Event. A party affected by a Force Majeure Event shall use all reasonable endeavours to remove the effect of each Force Majeure Event affecting its performance of this Agreement, but nothing in this clause 10.2 requires it to settle any industrial dispute otherwise than as that party in its absolute discretion sees fit.
