Mitigation of Harmful Effect of Violations. BA agrees to inform FHKC without unreasonable delay and mitigate, to the extent practicable, any harmful effect that is known to BA resulting from Access, acquisition, Use, or Disclosure of PHI by BA, or by a subcontractor or agent of BA, resulting from a violation of the requirements of this Agreement.
