The Union and the Employer will regularly remind Employees to review their Official Personnel Folders and Statements of Earnings and Leave to ensure that their records are accurate. RIF retention service credit determinations and all computations concerning severance pay and retirement are based on this information. Employees must contact their servicing Human Resources Operations office to update and/or correct their records.
