Mitigation of Significant Environmental Impacts. Section 22.0908(h) provides that CSU shall carry out an environmental commitment to take steps to reach agreements with the City and other public agencies regarding the payment of fair-share mitigation costs for any identified off-site significant impacts related to campus growth and development associated with the Project. In addition, Section 22.0908(s) states that the Sale Transaction shall reflect the Parties’ negotiation of CSU’s fair-share contributions toward feasible mitigation measures to minimize the significant environmental impacts of the Project.
