Common use of Mlčenlivost Clause in Contracts

Mlčenlivost. 1. The Parties agree not to disclose or make otherwise available to third parties the conditions of this Agreement or the Minutes and any other information on their mutual business relationships without the prior written consent of the other Party, not even after the termination of this Agreement. 1. Smluvní strany se zavazují bez předchozího písemného souhlasu druhé smluvní strany nezveřejnit či jiným způsobem nezpřístupnit třetím osobám podmínky této smlouvy nebo Zápisu ani jiné informace o vzájemných obchodních vztazích, a to ani po ukončení této smlouvy.
