Dissemination to Others. Institution and Investigator will restrict the dissemination of Sponsor Confidential Information to those persons participating in the Trial on behalf of Institution and/or Investigator who have a need to know and will ensure that each such person is contractually bound by confidentiality and non-use obligations at least as onerous as those set forth in this Agreement before being engaged or involved in the Trial.

Dissemination to Others. Provider and Investigator will restrict the dissemination of Sponsor Confidential Information to those persons participating in the Trial on behalf of Provider and/or Investigator who have a need to know and will ensure that each such person is contractually bound by confidentiality and non-use obligations at least as onerous as those set forth in this Agreement before being engaged or involved in the Důvěrné informace Zadavatele třetím osobám bez předchozího písemného souhlasu Zadavatel nebo (ii) nesmí užívat Důvěrné informace Zadavatele za jiným účelem než k provádění Klinického hodnocení a k plnění jejich povinností dle této Smlouvy. Duševní vlastnictví Zadavatele (jak je definováno v článku 7.2.1) a Výsledky (jak jsou definovány v článku 7.3) budou považovány za Důvěrné informace Zadavatele; přičemž však Výsledky nebudou považovány za Důvěrné informace Zadavatele pro účely zveřejnění, a pouze pro tyto účely, v souladu s podmínkami stanovenými v části 8. Výraz „Spřízněná osoba nebo osoby“ znamená pro účely této Smlouvy jakoukoli fyzickou nebo právnickou osobu, kterou Zadavatel nebo Poskytovatel ovládá, je jí nebo společně s ní ovládán. Výraz „ovládání“ za tímto účelem znamená přímé nebo nepřímé oprávněné vlastnictví nejméně padesáti procent (50 %) akcií s hlasovacím právem (nebo ekvivalentní podíl) v takové fyzické nebo právnické osobě nebo právo dávat pokyny, jmenovat nebo odvolávat většinu nebo více členů jejího představenstva (nebo ekvivalentní právo) nebo pravomoc kontrolovat chod podnikání takové fyzické nebo právnické osoby, ať již na základě smlouvy, ze zákona nebo jinak.

  • Communication to us (a) Unless otherwise provided in this agreement, all communication, requests and instructions from you may be personally delivered to us in writing; or sent by registered post, electronic mail or SMS to us in accordance with our prescribed verification procedure prevailing at the time.

  • Authorization to Obtain Information You agree that we may obtain and review your credit report from a credit bureau or similar entity. You also agree that we may obtain information regarding your Payee Accounts in order to facilitate proper handling and crediting of your payments.

  • Access to Confidential Information Each party acknowledges that the other party, its employees or agents, may be given access to Confidential Information relating to the other parties' business or the operation of this Agreement or any negotiations relating to this Agreement.

  • Information to be Provided The Fund shall provide to Service Provider a copy of the current prospectus and SAI. The Fund shall provide Service Provider with written copies of any amendments to, or changes in such documents promptly after such amendments or changes become available.

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. If the Executive Director, Human Resources does not forward any suggested changes within two weeks of receiving the statement, the information shall be presumed to be acceptable.
