Common use of Mlčenlivost Clause in Contracts

Mlčenlivost. 1. The Parties agree not to disclose or make otherwise available to third parties the conditions of this Agreement and any other information on their mutual business relationships without the prior written consent of the other Party, even after the termination of this Agreement, except in those cases where doing so is required by law (e.g., in the case of disclosure pursuant to Act No. 340/2015 Coll., on Special Conditions for the Effectiveness of Certain Contracts, the Disclosure of Such Contracts and on the Register of Contracts). 1. Strany se zavazují bez předchozího písemného souhlasu druhé smluvní strany nezveřejnit či jiným způsobem nezpřístupnit třetím osobám podmínky této smlouvy ani jiné informace o vzájemných obchodních vztazích, a to ani po ukončení této smlouvy s výjimkou případů, kdy je tak požadováno zákonem (např. v případě zveřejnění dle zák. č. 340/2015 Sb. o zvláštních podmínkách účinnosti některých smluv, uveřejňování těchto smluv a o registru smluv).
