Common use of Mobile Banking Software License Agreement Clause in Contracts

Mobile Banking Software License Agreement. The Bank hereby grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable and non-assignable license (“License”) to download, install and use the Software on your mobile device within the United States and its territories. If you obtain a new or different mobile device, you may be required to download and install the Software to that new or different mobile device. You agree to delete the Software from any mobile device that you no longer use. You agree to not dispose, give or transfer your mobile device to another person or entity unless you first delete the Software.
