DEPOSITS AT NON-PROPRIETARY ATMS. Funds from deposits of any nature (cash, checks, or other items) made at an automated teller machine (ATM) that we do not own or operate will not be available until the fifth (5th) business day after the date of your deposit. ATMs that we own or operate are identified as our machines by our name and/or logo on the machine.
DEPOSITS AT NON-PROPRIETARY ATMS. We may place a two-day hold on the aggregate of all funds over $225.00 deposited per day at automated teller machines (ATMs) that we own (proprietary) and ATMs we do not own or operate (nonproprietary). All ATMs the Credit Union owns are identified as Credit Union ATMs. The first $225.00 deposited per day into an ATM will generally be available at the time of deposit.
DEPOSITS AT NON-PROPRIETARY ATMS. The Credit Union does not accept, and will not process, deposits made at non-proprietary ATMs, except those ATMs in the CO-OP ATM Network. For deposits accepted through a CO-OP ATM, your deposit will not be available until the fifth business day after the day of your deposit.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY; PROPRIETARY RIGHTS 3.1 Each party (the “Receiving Party”) understands that the other party (the “Disclosing Party”) has disclosed or may disclose business, technical or financial information relating to the Disclosing Party’s business (hereinafter referred to as “Proprietary Information” of the Disclosing Party). Proprietary Information of Company includes non-public information regarding features, functionality and performance of the Service. Proprietary Information of Customer includes non-public data provided by Customer to Company to enable the provision of the Services (“Customer Data”). The Receiving Party agrees: (i) to take reasonable precautions to protect such Proprietary Information, and (ii) not to use (except in performance of the Services or as otherwise permitted herein) or divulge to any third person any such Proprietary Information. The Disclosing Party agrees that the foregoing shall not apply with respect to any information after five (5) years following the disclosure thereof or any information that the Receiving Party can document (a) is or becomes generally available to the public, or (b) was in its possession or known by it prior to receipt from the Disclosing Party, or (c) was rightfully disclosed to it without restriction by a third party, or (d) was independently developed without use of any Proprietary Information of the Disclosing Party or (e) is required to be disclosed by law.

  • Processing of Customer Personal Data 3.1 UKG will:

  • CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY, AND TRADE SECRET INFORMATION AND MATERIALS a. Buyer and Seller shall each keep confidential and protect from unauthorized use and disclosure all (i) confidential, proprietary and/or trade secret information of a Party or third party disclosed by a Party; (ii) software provided under this Contract in source code form or identified as subject to this Article; and (iii) tooling identified as subject to this Article: in each case that is obtained, directly or indirectly, from the other in connection with this Contract or Buyer’s contract with its customer, if any, (collectively referred to as "Proprietary Information and Materials"). Proprietary Information and Materials excludes information that is, as evidenced by competent records provided by the receiving Party, known to the receiving party or lawfully in the public domain, in the same form as disclosed hereunder, disclosed to the receiving Party without restriction by a third party having the right to disclose it, or developed by the receiving Party independently without use of or reference to the disclosing Party’s Proprietary Information and Materials.

  • Confidential System Information HHSC prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of Other Confidential Information. Grantee and all Grantee Agents will not disclose or use any Other Confidential Information in any manner except as is necessary for the Project or the proper discharge of obligations and securing of rights under the Contract. Grantee will have a system in effect to protect Other Confidential Information. Any disclosure or transfer of Other Confidential Information by Xxxxxxx, including information requested to do so by HHSC, will be in accordance with the Contract. If Grantee receives a request for Other Confidential Information, Xxxxxxx will immediately notify HHSC of the request, and will make reasonable efforts to protect the Other Confidential Information from disclosure until further instructed by the HHSC. Grantee will notify HHSC promptly of any unauthorized possession, use, knowledge, or attempt thereof, of any Other Confidential Information by any person or entity that may become known to Grantee. Grantee will furnish to HHSC all known details of the unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, and use reasonable efforts to assist HHSC in investigating or preventing the reoccurrence of any unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, of Other Confidential Information. HHSC will have the right to recover from Grantee all damages and liabilities caused by or arising from Grantee or Grantee Agents’ failure to protect HHSC’s Confidential Information as required by this section. IN COORDINATION WITH THE INDEMNITY PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE UTC, Xxxxxxx WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HHSC FROM ALL DAMAGES, COSTS, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS) CAUSED BY OR ARISING FROM Grantee OR Grantee AGENTS FAILURE TO PROTECT OTHER CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Grantee WILL FULFILL THIS PROVISION WITH COUNSEL APPROVED BY HHSC.

  • Protection of Customer Data The Supplier shall not delete or remove any proprietary notices contained within or relating to the Customer Data. The Supplier shall not store, copy, disclose, or use the Customer Data except as necessary for the performance by the Supplier of its obligations under this Call Off Contract or as otherwise Approved by the Customer. To the extent that the Customer Data is held and/or Processed by the Supplier, the Supplier shall supply that Customer Data to the Customer as requested by the Customer and in the format (if any) specified by the Customer in the Call Off Order Form and, in any event, as specified by the Customer from time to time in writing. The Supplier shall take responsibility for preserving the integrity of Customer Data and preventing the corruption or loss of Customer Data. The Supplier shall ensure that such back-ups are available to the Customer (or to such other person as the Customer may direct) at all times upon request and are delivered to the Customer at no less than six (6) Monthly intervals (or such other intervals as may be agreed in writing between the Parties). The Supplier shall ensure that any system on which the Supplier holds any Customer Data, including back-up data, is a secure system that complies with the Security Policy and the Security Management Plan (if any). If at any time the Supplier suspects or has reason to believe that the Customer Data is corrupted, lost or sufficiently degraded in any way for any reason, then the Supplier shall notify the Customer immediately and inform the Customer of the remedial action the Supplier proposes to take. If the Customer Data is corrupted, lost or sufficiently degraded as a result of a Default so as to be unusable, the Supplier may: require the Supplier (at the Supplier's expense) to restore or procure the restoration of Customer Data to the extent and in accordance with the requirements specified in Call Off Schedule 8 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) or as otherwise required by the Customer, and the Supplier shall do so as soon as practicable but not later than five (5) Working Days from the date of receipt of the Customer’s notice; and/or itself restore or procure the restoration of Customer Data, and shall be repaid by the Supplier any reasonable expenses incurred in doing so to the extent and in accordance with the requirements specified in Call Off Schedule 8 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) or as otherwise required by the Customer.
