Mobilization. Payment for availability, flight time and FSV mileage begins when the aircraft starts its mobilization flight from the Contractors Base of Operations or the Aircraft’s Point of Hire, whichever is less, to the Assigned Work Location and ends upon arrival at the Assigned Work Location (including airports, etc.).
