  • SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION AND DVBE PARTICIPATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS a. If for this Contract Contractor made a commitment to achieve small business participation, then Contractor must within 60 days of receiving final payment under this Contract (or within such other time period as may be specified elsewhere in this Contract) report to the awarding department the actual percentage of small business participation that was achieved. (Govt. Code § 14841.)

  • Conditions of Participation Reseller(s) must be approved in advance by the State as a condition of eligibility under the Contract. The State also reserves the right to rescind any such participation or request that Contractor name additional Resellers, in the best interests of the State, at the State’s sole discretion, at any time. Contractor shall have the right to qualify Reseller(s) and their participation as fulfillment agents under this Contract by product line, contracting program (e.g., government/educational sales), geographic region, size/sales volume, technical training or other criteria (“qualifying criteria”), provided that: i) such qualifying criteria are uniformly applied to all potential Resellers based upon Contractor’s established, neutrally applied commercial/governmental program criteria, and not to a particular procurement; ii) all general categories of qualifying criteria must be disclosed by the Contractor to the State, in advance, at the beginning of the Contract term; iii) those qualifying criteria met by the Reseller must be identified on the form provided in Attachment 3 at the time that Reseller approval is requested under this paragraph; and iv) immediate advance notice is provided to OGS in the event that a change in Reseller’s status occurs during the Contract term. All Resellers who have been approved in accordance with the foregoing paragraph shall be eligible to quote lower than Contract pricing for procurements under this Contract which meet their qualifying criteria. Except as otherwise set forth in Attachment 3, Contractor warrants and represents that it shall not, directly or indirectly, by agreement, communication or any other means, restrict any Reseller’s participation or ability to quote a particular order.

  • Funding Provisions 4.1 All salaries, fringe benefits, professional development, local travel, supplies for the College and Career Counselor will be provided by Collin College.

  • EVIDENCE OF PARTICIPATION All Training Services delivered by the Training Provider to an Eligible Individual must be supported by Evidence of Participation in accordance with the remainder of this Clause 11 for each unit of competency, such that a reasonable judgement regarding an Eligible Individual’s participation in Training Services can be made. The Training Provider must maintain documented evidence of engagement by the Eligible Individual in the learning and/or assessment activity. Except as permitted under Clause 11.5 of this Schedule 1, to be valid, evidence must contain the Eligible Individual's name or identification number, a unit of competency identifier and a date. The Department will determine if the evidence provided is sufficient to substantiate the claim that the Eligible Individual participated in training. In addition, the following minimum specifications must be met to evidence an Eligible Individual’s engagement in Training Services activity: one point of Evidence of Participation per unit of competency must be provided if the period between the Activity Start Date and Activity End Date (inclusive) for the unit of competency is one month or less; or two points of Evidence of Participation per unit of competency must be provided if the period between the Activity Start Date and Activity End Date for the unit of competency is greater than one month, including one point within the first month and one point within the last month of training delivery and/or assessment as identified by the reported Activity End Date. Two different forms of Evidence of Participation must be used. An auditor would consider the time elapsed between the start and end date (or withdrawal) of the unit of competency and use discretion as to a reasonable demonstration of ongoing engagement by an individual in learning and/or assessment activity across the unit of competency, where one point of Evidence of Participation is one item of evidence as specified in Clause 11.5 of this Schedule 1. In instances where competency based completions are involved, and where the employer signoff has not yet been received by the Training Provider, an auditor will consider the last point of Evidence of Participation relating to training and/or assessment. The only Evidence of Participation that is acceptable under this VET Funding Contract is: evidence of work submitted relating to engagement by the Eligible Individual in the unit of competency: At a minimum, this evidence must contain the Eligible Individual’s signature, and comply with the requirements set out in Clause 11.2 of this Schedule 1. In cases where this information cannot be recorded on the work itself, separate evidence must accompany the work to allow it to be linked to the Eligible Individual, the unit of competency and date completed, for example, identification of an Eligible Individual by a client identifier and a delivery schedule or equivalent detailing how the piece of work covers the unit of competency in question, including due dates and milestones; Skills First Teacher notes based on communication between the Skills First Teacher and Eligible Individual, establishing the Eligible Individual’s involvement in the learning and/or assessment activity of the unit of competency. This includes personal interviews, telephone, e-mail, or other communication modes on the engagement of an Eligible Individual in learning and/or assessment activity of the unit of competency and may include reference to notes from another person working alongside the Skills First Teacher, for example an industry expert or workplace supervisor;

  • Administration of the Contributions 1.1. The Bank shall be responsible only for performing those functions specifically set forth in this Agreement and shall not be subject to any other duties or responsibilities to the Donors, including, without limitation, any duties or obligations that might otherwise apply to a fiduciary or trustee under general principles of trust or fiduciary law. Nothing in this Agreement shall be considered a waiver of any privileges or immunities of the IBRD and XXX under their Articles of Agreement or any applicable law, all of which are expressly reserved.

  • Reallocation of Funds COUNTY reserves the right to reallocate the available program funds to other service areas based on CONTRACTOR performance or client demand.

  • Linking and Unlinking a Funding Source All money in your account is legally termed “electronic money”, which is recognised throughout the European Economic Area as a form of money suitable for use online. You can use a funding source as a way to pay us to obtain electronic money in your account or to receive withdrawals from your account, as further outlined in this user agreement (see in particular Adding or Withdrawing Money and Funding your Payment. You can link or unlink a credit card, debit card, a prepaid card (where available) a bank account or PayPal Credit (where available) to your PayPal account as a funding source. We may limit the availability of your funding sources to manage our risk. Please keep your funding source information current (e.g. credit card number and expiration date). If this information changes, we may update it using information and third-party sources available to us without any action on your part. If you do not want us to update your card information, you may contact your issuer to request this or remove your funding source from your PayPal account. If we update your funding source, we will keep any preference setting attached to that funding source. You may choose to confirm your card or bank account, so that we can verify that the card or bank account is valid and that you are its owner. We may allow you to do this by following the Link and Confirm Card process (for cards) or the Bank Confirmation process (for bank accounts) or other processes which we may notify to you or which we may publish from time to time. Your continuous permission for us to charge your funding sources By linking a funding source to your PayPal account, you give us continuous permission to automatically charge that funding source (subject to this user agreement and the terms of any mandate (e.g. bank direct debit) used by the provider of that funding source to set up and maintain that authority) for the required value of the electronic money: • to cover the payment amount (plus all transaction fees payable to us) when you use your account to send a payment to another user; and • to top up your account when you use the Add Funds functionality account interface. We may charge the funding source again if the previous attempt failed. If you cancel any continuous permission from your funding source, you will reimburse us for the value of any electronic money we’ve already issued for which a charge from that funding source remains outstanding. You can stop the permission by unlinking the funding source from your PayPal account. Risk of reversals to your funding source and when eCheques may arise When we receive a payment from your funding source we may store the resulting electronic money in your reserve account for as long as we have reason to believe that there is risk of reversal by the funding source provider. This is because we do not have all the information necessary to place the funds from your payment at your disposal in your PayPal balance while there is such a risk of reversal. When you instruct us to make a payment from your account to another user funded by a payment from your bank account and we store the resulting electronic money in this way, we call this type of payment from your bank account an “eCheque” payment.   • VISIBILITY OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Unless the SAIDC requests or agrees otherwise, any communication or publication made by the Final Beneficiary that relates to the action, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations in electronic form, etc.), including tangible assets acquired from the project must: (a) indicate that the action has received funding from the Official Development Assistance, SlovakAid and (b) display the SlovakAid logo. When displayed in association with another logo, the SlovakAid logo must have appropriate prominence. The obligation to display the SlovakAid logo does not confer on the Final Beneficiary a right of exclusive use. The Final Beneficiary may not appropriate the SlovakAid logo or any similar trademark or logo, either by registration or by any other means. For the purposes of the first, second and third subparagraphs and under the conditions specified therein, the Final Beneficiary may use the SlovakAid logo without first obtaining permission from the SAIDC.

  • Tax Credit for Contributions You may be eligible to receive a tax credit for your IRA contributions. This credit will be allowed in addition to any tax deduction that may apply, and may not exceed $1,000 in a given year. You may be eligible for this tax credit if you are • age 18 or older as of the close of the taxable year, • not a dependent of another taxpayer, and • not a full-time student. The credit is based upon your income (see chart below), and will range from 0 to 50 percent of eligible contributions. In order to determine the amount of your contributions, add all of the contributions made to your IRA and reduce these contributions by any distributions that you have taken during the testing period. The testing period begins two years prior to the year for which the credit is sought and ends on the tax return due date (including extensions) for the year for which the credit is sought.   • Termination of Participation If the Administrator determines in good faith that the Executive no longer qualifies as a member of a select group of management or highly compensated employees, as determined in accordance with ERISA, the Administrator shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to cease further benefit accruals hereunder.
