Mode of communication. 10.1 (i) The Provider agrees to use the Closed User Group (CUG) mobile phone given by insurer to RAMCOs & AMCCOs exclusively for the purpose official communications related to Aarogyasri Scheme. Any mis-utilization of CUG by the RAMCOs & AMCCOs the insurer reserves the right to initiate action against the service Provider.
