Common use of Mode of Payment, Time, Place etc Clause in Contracts

Mode of Payment, Time, Place etc. (a) For repayment of the Dues under this Agreement the Borrower shall simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement hand over to the Bank such number of undated, inchoate and duly signed cheques with the Bank, or such other person as the Bank may nominate, named as the payee therein, as the Bank may in its absolute discretion require to enable the payment of the said Dues.
