Mode of Transmission; File Formats. The mode for transmission of the Mortgage Securities Data to Distributors receiving Mortgage Securities Data directly from Xxxxxxx Mac will be described in the Schedule of Operations. The Schedule of Operations provides a telephone number to obtain help in accessing or receiving the Mortgage Securities Data, testing periods and charges for testing, if applicable. Xxxxxxx Mac from time to time may modify or alter the file format of the Mortgage Securities Data or may modify the manner or mode of transmission or retrieval of the Mortgage Securities Data. Xxxxxxx Mac will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Licensee with 30 days’ notice of any change in the Schedule of Operations relating to the availability dates of the Mortgage Securities Data and any changes in file formats or modes of transmission of the Mortgage Securities Data. Licensee will be entitled to receive and (if Licensee is a Distributor) distribute such updates, modifications, additions or changes in the Mortgage Securities Data as Xxxxxxx Mac releases to other Distributors and End Users receiving Mortgage Securities Data directly from Xxxxxxx Mac. These changes may require Licensee to upgrade its systems, hardware or software, at no cost to Xxxxxxx Mac.

Due to updates, modifications or additions in the Mortgage Securities Data, Xxxxxxx Mac from time to time may modify or alter the file format of the Mortgage Securities Data or may modify the manner or mode of transmission or retrieval of the Mortgage Securities Data. Xxxxxxx Mac shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Distributors and End Users receiving Mortgage Securities Data directly from Xxxxxxx Mac with 30 days’ notice of any change in the Schedule of Operations relating to the availability dates of the Mortgage Securities Data and any changes in file formats or modes of transmission of the Mortgage Securities Data. Distributors and End Users receiving Mortgage Securities Data directly from Xxxxxxx Mac shall be entitled to receive and distribute such updates, modifications, additions or changes in the Mortgage Securities Data as Xxxxxxx Mac releases to other Distributors and End Users receiving Mortgage Securities Data directly from Xxxxxxx Mac, respectively. These changes may require Licensee to upgrade its systems, hardware or software.

  • Transmission encryption All data transmissions of County PHI or PI outside the secure internal network must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES. Encryption can be end to end at the network level, or the data files containing PHI can be encrypted. This requirement pertains to any type of PHI or PI in motion such as website access, file transfer, and E-Mail.

  • Information Submission by Connecting Transmission Owner The initial information submission by Connecting Transmission Owner shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to Trial Operation and shall include New York State Transmission System information necessary to allow the Developer to select equipment and meet any system protection and stability requirements, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner. On a monthly basis Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide Developer and NYISO a status report on the construction and installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, including, but not limited to, the following information: (1) progress to date; (2) a description of the activities since the last report; (3) a description of the action items for the next period; and (4) the delivery status of equipment ordered.

  • Information Transmission The Provider, on behalf of itself and its respective Subsidiaries, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide or make available, or cause to be provided or made available, to the Recipient, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement, any Information received or computed by the Provider for the benefit of the Recipient concerning the relevant Service during the Service Period; provided, however, that, except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties (a) the Provider shall not have any obligation to provide, or cause to be provided, Information in any non-standard format, (b) the Provider and its Subsidiaries shall be reimbursed for their reasonable costs in accordance with Section 6.3 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement for creating, gathering, copying, transporting and otherwise providing such Information, and (c) the Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain any such Information in accordance with Section 6.4 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • Submission of Orders Those persons who purchase Shares shall make their checks payable to “Xxxx Credit Property Trust V, Inc.” or, alternatively, “CCPT V” or, in the event that the purchase is made using a Joint Subscription Agreement, “Xxxx REIT.” Checks received by the Dealer that conform to the foregoing instructions shall be transmitted for deposit as set forth below. The Dealer Manager may authorize the Dealer, if the Dealer is a “$250,000 broker-dealer”, to instruct its customers to make its checks for Shares subscribed for payable directly to the Dealer, in which case the Dealer will collect the proceeds of the subscriber’s checks and issue a check made payable in the manner described above for the aggregate amount of the subscription proceeds. Transmittal of received investor funds will be made in accordance with the following procedures: (a) If the Dealer conducts its internal supervisory procedures at the location where subscription documents and checks are initially received, the Dealer shall conduct its suitability review of the transaction and if the transaction is suitable and the paperwork is in good order forward the subscription documents and the checks to the Company by the end of the next business day following receipt of the subscription documents and the checks. (b) If the internal supervisory procedures are to be performed at a different location (the “Final Review Office”), the subscription documents and checks must be transmitted to the Final Review Office by the end of the next business day following receipt by the Dealer of the subscription documents and checks. The Final Review Office will, by the end of the next business day following receipt by the Final Review Office of the subscription documents and checks, conduct its suitability review of the transaction and if the transaction is suitable and the paperwork is in good order forward the subscription documents and the checks to the Company.

  • File Format Standard Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide zone files using a subformat of the standard Master File format as originally defined in XXX 0000, Section 5, including all the records present in the actual zone used in the public DNS. Sub-format is as follows: Each record must include all fields in one line as: <domain-name> <TTL> <class> <type> <RDATA>. Class and Type must use the standard mnemonics and must be in lower case. TTL must be present as a decimal integer. Use of /X and /DDD inside domain names is allowed. All domain names must be in lower case. Must use exactly one tab as separator of fields inside a record. All domain names must be fully qualified. No $ORIGIN directives. No use of “@” to denote current origin. No use of “blank domain names” at the beginning of a record to continue the use of the domain name in the previous record. No $INCLUDE directives. No $TTL directives. No use of parentheses, e.g., to continue the list of fields in a record across a line boundary. No use of comments. No blank lines. The SOA record should be present at the top and (duplicated at) the end of the zone file. With the exception of the SOA record, all the records in a file must be in alphabetical order. One zone per file. If a TLD divides its DNS data into multiple zones, each goes into a separate file named as above, with all the files combined using tar into a file called <tld>.zone.tar.

  • Errors in Transmission By using the Services you accept the risk that an item may be intercepted or misdirected during transmission. The Bank bears no liability to you or others for any such intercepted or misdirected items or information disclosed through such errors.

  • WASHINGTON’S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SOLUTION (WEBS). Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of its information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.

  • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information.

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Electronic Record Search The Reporting Estonian Financial Institution must review electronically searchable data maintained by the Reporting Estonian Financial Institution for any of the following U.S. indicia: a) Identification of the Account Holder as a U.S. citizen or resident; b) Unambiguous indication of a U.S. place of birth; c) Current U.S. mailing or residence address (including a U.S. post office box); d) Current U.S. telephone number; e) Standing instructions to transfer funds to an account maintained in the United States; f) Currently effective power of attorney or signatory authority granted to a person with a U.S. address; or g) An “in-care-of” or “hold mail” address that is the sole address the Reporting Estonian Financial Institution has on file for the Account Holder. In the case of a Preexisting Individual Account that is a Lower Value Account, an “in-care-of” address outside the United States or “hold mail” address shall not be treated as U.S. indicia.
