Common use of MODE OFPAYMENT Clause in Contracts

MODE OFPAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Vendor abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee/s shall make all payments, on demand by the Vendor, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft or online payment (as applicable) in favour of “RUDRA DEVELOPERS” payable at Siliguri.

MODE OFPAYMENT.
