Modelling Timeliness and Performance with XXXXX. To annotate design models with energy aspects allows applying simulation and analysis methods to predict the energy consumption of the system. For annotating models, UML profiles are very used. The latest and most representative one for embedded systems is XXXXX. XXXXX (Modelling and Analysis of Real-time and Embedded systems) is a UML profile that adds capabilities to UML for model-driven development of Real Time and Embedded Systems (RTES). It provides support for specification, design, and verification/validation stages. This new profile is intended to replace the existing UML SPT Profile for Schedulability, Performance and Time (also issued by OMG). The XXXXX Generic Quantitative Analysis Modelling (GQAM) profile provides the basis for the analysis of embedded applications with regard to their functional and non-functional properties. Despite the great number of concepts included in the GQAM subprofile, these are often generic and do not fully cover the modelling needs for every non-functional analysis process. In order to cope with this issue, the XXXXX profile expects the extension of the GQAM profile to create specific subprofiles for each functional and non-functional analysis kind. Indeed, the XXXXX standard includes two different extensions of the generic analysis profile, XXX and XXX; that provide support for performance and schedulability analysis respectively. But, the development of extension subprofiles focusing on energy consumption analysis is possible using the GQAM as starting point. Moreover, XXXXX already provides mechanism for annotating the amount of energy that will be permanently consumed from a resource due to the usage. XXXXX has been selected in D2.1-A Model Driven Engineering methodology for architecture realisation as the language for modelling eDiana platform as it will be also used in WP6 for validation purposes. Energy consumption aspects will be annotated in the models and validated in WP6.

  • DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE All work performed under contracts or task orders will be at the highest quality applicable and delivered according to Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Works (SOW), or Performance Work Statements (PWS). The Contractor must deliver and perform according to the requirements of the contract or task order, and may be denied further work for substandard performance. The Government may include deliveries or performance requirements, such as (1) optional clauses, (2) agency clauses, or (3) specific clauses, in a contract or task order.

  • COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Two (2) Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be conducted during each Term of this Agreement. Additional meetings may be scheduled at the discretion of Department to ensure Concessionaire’s effectiveness and compliance. The meetings shall review all aspects of the Concession Operation, ensuring that quality public services are being provided on a continuing basis in accordance with the Bid Specifications and this Agreement, that operational problems/concerns are addressed on a timely basis, and that all terms and conditions are clearly understood. The meetings shall be held on site with Department-designated State Park Service staff representative(s), the on-site concession manager, and a management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm. A report form shall be utilized to document the meeting, and to identify any deficiencies and the corrective action required. A copy of the completed report form shall be provided to the on- site concession manager or the management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm and shall be attached to and made a part of this Agreement. The Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be held as follows: • Meeting #1 - Prior to commencement of the Period of Operation or Memorial Day, whichever comes first. • Meeting #2 - Within ten (10) calendar days after the last approved day of the Period of Operation.

  • OUTCOME IF GRANTEE CANNOT COMPLETE REQUIRED PERFORMANCE Unless otherwise specified in this Statement of Work, if Grantee cannot complete or otherwise comply with a requirement included in this Statement of Work, HHSC, at its sole discretion, may impose remedies or sanctions outlined under Contract Attachment C, Local Mental Health Authority Special Conditions, Section 7.09 (Remedies and Sanctions).

  • Payment and Performance Bonds The Contractor shall comply with the following minimum bonding requirements:

  • Payment and Performance Bond Prior to the execution of this Contract, City may require Contractor to post a payment and performance bond (Bond). The Bond shall guarantee Contractor’s faithful performance of this Contract and assure payment to contractors, subcontractors, and to persons furnishing goods and/or services under this Contract.

  • Federal Requirements Pertaining to Grants and Subrecipient Agreements A. Requirement to Have a Single Audit: In the case that this Agreement is a Grant that is funded in whole or in part by federal funds, the Subrecipient will complete the Subrecipient Annual Report annually within 45 days after its fiscal year end, informing the State of Vermont whether or not a Single Audit is required for the prior fiscal year. If a Single Audit is required, the Subrecipient will submit a copy of the audit report to the granting Party within 9 months. If a single audit is not required, only the Subrecipient Annual Report isrequired. For fiscal years ending before December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $500,000 or more in federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. For fiscal years ending on or after December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $750,000 or more in federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Chapter I, Chapter II, Part 200, Subpart F. The Subrecipient Annual Report is required to be submitted within 45 days, whether or not a Single Audit is required.

  • Contractor’s Performance Warranties Contractor represents and warrants to the State that:

  • SERVICE PERFORMANCE WITHIN U.S Concessionaire agrees, in accordance with Executive Order 129 (2004) and N.J.S.A. 52:34- 13.2 (P.L. 2005, c. 92), that all services performed under the Agreement or any subcontract awarded under the Agreement shall be performed within the United States. In the event that all services performed under the Agreement or any subcontract awarded under the Agreement shall not be performed within the United States, Concessionaire shall send Department a letter that states with specificity the reasons why the services cannot be so performed. Any such letter shall require review and approval pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:34- 14.2 prior to execution of the Agreement or the delivery of the services which will not be performed within the United States. Unless previously approved by Department, a shift to performance of services outside the United States during any Term of the Agreement shall be deemed a material breach, subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 10 and 11.

  • Bid and Performance Security The Contractor hereby and herewith deposits with and delivers to the Minister, as security of the due fulfilment of the Contract, one of the following, which shall remain in effect for a minimum of 30 days after tender closing:

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE Agencies shall report any vendor failure to perform according to the requirements of this contract on Complaint to Vendor, form PUR 7017. Should the vendor fail to correct the problem within a prescribed period of time, then form PUR 7029, Request for Assistance, is to be filed with this office.
