Modification and Notice. No modifications of this Addendum shall be valid or binding on either party except by a written agreement signed by the parties hereto. All notices or other communications given or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and mailed by registered or certified mail, sent to the address first set forth as the principal place of business or such other addresses as a party shall have theretofore designated by notice in writing.
