Common use of Modification for Lender Clause in Contracts

Modification for Lender. If, in connection with obtaining construction, interim, or permanent financing related to the Premises, a lender shall request reasonable modifications in this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold, delay, or defer its consent thereto provided that such modifications do not in any way adversely increase Tenant's obligations, or decrease Tenant's rights, hereunder.
