Subdivision and Easements. Landlord reserves the right to: (a) subdivide the Premises; (b) alter the boundaries of the Premises; and (c) grant easements on the Premises and dedicate for public use portions thereof; provided, however, that no such grant or dedication shall materially interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises. Tenant hereby consents to such subdivision, boundary revision, and/or grant or dedication of easements and agrees from time to time, at Landlord’s request, to execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord, in accordance with Landlord’s instructions, any and all documents, instruments, maps or plats necessary to effectuate Tenant’s consent thereto.

Subdivision and Easements. Tenant’s use of the Premises and the Common Areas, if any, shall be subject to all covenants, conditions, easements and restrictions now or hereafter affecting or encumbering the land on which same are located.
