Modification of Available Period of Occupancy. CU Boulder retains the sole discretion to modify the Available Period of Occupancy, including for any reason CU Boulder deems necessary for health and safety reasons. CU Boulder will notify Student of any modifications as promptly as is feasible under the circumstances.
