Modification of Distributed Generation Facility. The interconnection member-consumer must receive written authorization from the Cooperative before making any changes to the distributed generation facility that could affect the Cooperative’s distribution system. If the interconnection member-consumer makes such modifications without the Cooperative’s prior written authorization, the Cooperative shall have the right to disconnect the distributed generation facility.
Modification of Distributed Generation Facility. The interconnection customer must receive written authorization from the utility before making any changes to the distributed generation facility that could affect the utility’s distribution system. If the interconnection customer makes such modifications without the utility’s prior written authorization, the utility shall have the right to disconnect the distributed generation facility.

The interconnection customer must receive written authorization from the EDC before making any changes to the distributed generation facility that could affect the EDC's distribution system. If the interconnection customer makes such modifications without the EDC's prior written authorization, the EDC shall have the right to disconnect the distributed generation facility.
Modification of Distributed Generation Facility. The Customer must provide the City of Estherville with written notice, and must receive written authorization from the City of Estherville, before making any changes to the Distributed Generation Facility. If the Customer makes such modifications without the City of Estherville’s prior written authorization, the City of Estherville shall have the right to disconnect the Distributed Generation Facility.
Modification of Distributed Generation Facility. The interconnection customer must receive written authorization from MidAmerican before making any changes to the distributed generation facility that could affect MidAmerican’s distribution system. If the interconnection customer makes such modifications without MidAmerican’s prior written authorization, MidAmerican shall have the right to disconnect the distributed generation facility.
Modification of Distributed Generation Facility. The interconnection customer must receive written authorization from Mt. Carmel Public Utility Co. before making any changes to the distributed generation facility that could affect Mt. Carmel Public Utility Co.’s distribution system. If the interconnection customer makes such modifications without Mt. Carmel Public Utility Co.’s prior written authorization, Mt. Carmel Public Utility Co. shall have the right to disconnect the distributed generation facility.
