Common use of Modification of Documents Clause in Contracts

Modification of Documents. The Agreement, the Balancing Code and the Balancing Programme may be changed from time to time. Such changes shall automatically apply after consultation of the market and after they have been approved or decree by the Competent Regulator(s) (or after notification to ILR concerning the Balancing Agreement in Luxembourg), and on the date of entry into force as determined by the Competent Regulator(s).
