Modification of Documents. Without prejudice to article 16 and 18 of attachment 2 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct, the Standard Storage Agreement, the Access Code for Storage and the Storage Program may be changed from time to time. Such changes, after consultation of the market, shall apply both to existing and future installations and extensions thereof after they have been approved by the XXXX and on the date of entry into force as determined by the XXXX.
