Common use of Modification of Duties Clause in Contracts

Modification of Duties. Subject to Section 10(c), the scope of the Contractor's duties may be changed from time to time by the CEO or the Board of Directors of the Company without thereby terminating this Agreement. If so changed, the Contractor's engagement with the Company shall be construed continuing under this Agreement, as modified in accordance with such determination by the CEO or the Board of Directors.
