Common use of Modification of Services Clause in Contracts

Modification of Services. 2.12.1 While this contract is for services provided to the department referenced in this ITB, the City may require similar work for other City departments. Successful Bidder agrees to take on such work unless such work would not be considered reasonable or become an undue burden to the Successful Bidder. 2.12.2 The City reserves the right to delete any portion of the work at any time without cause, and if such right is exercised by the City, the total fee shall be reduced in the same ratio as the estimated cost of the work deleted bears to the estimated cost of the work originally planned.
