MODIFICATION OF STANDARDS. Article These standards of apprenticeship may be amended or new schedule added at any time upon mutual agreement of the Company and the Union, providing that no such change shall alter an apprenticeship agreement in force at the time of such change without the written consent of the Apprentice; and providing that such change or amendments shall be submitted to the Registration Agencies to determine if it meets with the standards established by the Registration Agencies. A copy of such amendments will be furnished to each Apprentice employed by the Company.
