Modification or Breach of Agreements; New Agreements. The ---------------------------------------------------- Company shall not terminate or modify, or commit or cause or suffer to be committed any act that will result in breach or violation of any term of, or (with or without notice or passage of time, or both) constitute a default under or otherwise give any person a basis for nonperformance under, any indenture, mortgage, deed of trust, loan or credit agreement, lease, license or other agreement, instrument, arrangement or understanding, written or oral, disclosed in this Agreement or the Schedules hereto. The Company shall refrain from becoming a party to any contract or commitment other than in the ordinary course of business. The Company shall meet all of its contractual obligations in accordance with their respective terms.
