Modification or Rescission. This Plan shall remain in effect during the term of the collective bargaining agreement of which it is a part, except that the Company reserves the right to modify or rescind this Plan whenever any federal, provincial, or other law affecting employees of the Company and relating to benefits for injury or sickness is changed, if any such change would increase the obligation of the Company under this Plan.
