Modification or Termination Due to Legislative Action or Court Interpretation. PDSC and Contractor may renegotiate this contract if there is a significant change in workload or cost of doing business contemplated under this contract due to amendments to or court interpretations of federal or state laws. In addition, PDSC may modify, suspend, or terminate this contract as needed to comply with amendments to or court interpretations of federal or state statutes that make some or all contract services ineligible for state funding.
