MODIFICATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF OFFERS. A. Modifications to Offers. Offers may only be modified in the form of a written notice on company letterhead and must be received prior to the time and date set for the Offers to be opened. Each modification submitted to the District’s Strategic Sourcing Department must have the Vendor’s name and return address and the applicable Solicitation number and title clearly marked on the face of the envelope. If more than one modification is submitted, the modification bearing the latest date of receipt by the District’s Strategic Sourcing Department will be considered the valid modification.

MODIFICATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF OFFERS. Modifications to responses to this RFP may only be made in the manner and format consistent with the submittal of the original response, acceptable to IDOA and clearly identified as a modification. The Respondent’s authorized representative may withdraw the proposal, in person, prior to the due date. Proper documentation and identification will be required before the Procurement Division will release the withdrawn proposal. The authorized representative will be required to sign a receipt for the withdrawn proposal. Modification to, or withdrawal of, a proposal received by the Procurement Division after the exact hour and date specified for receipt of proposals will not be considered.
