Modification Request Management/Assessments. This service will provide Modification Requests assessments associated with Maintenance and Support services. This service will provide planning, control and management of changes namely to application/platforms, to production environment and disaster recovery procedures in order to assure client continuity of operations where change is initiated. These change assessments do not extend to major enhancements or development projects that are excluded under this Service Level Agreement.
