Modification, Supplementation, and Term. 11.1 iManage may modify or supplement this DPA, with notice to Customer, (a) if required to do so by a Supervisory Authority or other government or regulatory entity, (b) if necessary to comply with applicable Data Protection Legislation, (c) to implement Standard Contractual Clauses, or (d) to adhere to an approved code of conduct or certification mechanism approved or certified pursuant to Articles 40, 42 and 43 of the GDPR or analogous provisions of other applicable Data Protection Legislation.
