Modifications and Customization of Software. Suppliers shall not be responsible for providing any customizations to the Equipment and Software purchased under this Agreement, including but not limited to "Interfaces" to other software or hardware systems owned, leased, or licensed by Customer. If Customer desires specific modifications and/or customizations to the Equipment and Software purchased under the Agreement, then Customer may retain Supplier's services for the development of said applications and will be contracted under a separate agreement. d.
