MODIFICATIONS OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Rules and Regulations, (i) Tenant shall have the right to order beverages, food and other items for consumption in the Leased Premises from any vendor; (ii) Landlord shall provide garbage receptacles for the Building which Tenant shall be permitted to use; and (iii) Tenant shall have the right to locate beverage and vending machines in the Leased Premises.

MODIFICATIONS OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Management reserves the right to add to, or alter, these rules and regulations; 1) as circumstances require. 2) as are necessary for the safety, care, and cleanliness of the Park, and 3) for securing the comfort, peace, quiet, and convenience of all Residents, and Residents will observe and comply with all such rules as the Management may prescribe on written notice to Residents. The failure by the Management to enforce any rule or regulation, of the Park, or its failure to insist, in any instance, on strict performance of any requirement herein, shall not be construed as a waiver of these rules and regulations. The provisions of these rules and regulations shall be severable. If any provision of these rules is held invalid or unenforceable by any court of law, for any reason whatsoever, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall be in full force and effect. These rules will be enforced by the Management to insure the health, safety, welfare, comfort, peace, quiet, and convenience of each Resident in the Park; and any Resident, who violates these rules and regulations, will have their lease canceled and will be evicted from the Park.

  • BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations shall apply, where applicable, to the Premises, the Building, the parking facilities (if any), the Property and the appurtenances. In the event of a conflict between the following rules and regulations and the remainder of the terms of the Lease, the remainder of the terms of the Lease shall control. Capitalized terms have the same meaning as defined in the Lease.

  • Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal, or other agencies or bodies having jurisdiction over use, condition, and occupancy of the Leased Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere in this section, it is expressly agreed and understood that Tenant’s obligation to comply with all Applicable Laws does not apply to any violations of Applicable Laws that (a) were in effect and (b) were being violated or with which the Leased Premises was not in compliance immediately prior to the time Tenant accepted the Leased Premises, including without limitation any existing environmental contamination. Tenant will comply with the rules and regulations of the Leased Premises adopted by Landlord in its reasonable discretion. All such rules and regulations and changes and amendments thereto will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall thereafter be carried out and observed by Tenant.
