Modifications to a Statement of Work. Any modifications to a Statement of Work may be made in writing pursuant to a Change Order signed by an authorised signatory of both Parties. The Parties shall give written notice to the other of any changes to their contact persons involved in any Statement of Work. Additional tasks defined in a Change Order shall be presumed to be performed on a time and materials basis, at Gauri’s standard rates, unless otherwise agreed to in writing in the Change Order.
