Modification, etc No modification, amendment or waiver of any provision of this Article, nor the consent to any departure by a Guarantor therefrom, shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by the Trustee, and then such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which given. No notice to or demand on a Guarantor in any case shall entitle such Guarantor or any other guarantor to any other or further notice or demand in the same, similar or other circumstances.
Modifications or Amendments No amendment, change or modification of this document shall be valid unless in writing and signed by all of the parties hereto.

Additionally, for as long as any Note is contained in a Securitization Trust, the Noteholders shall not amend or modify this Agreement without first receiving a Rating Agency Confirmation; provided that no such confirmation from the Rating Agencies shall be required in connection with a modification or amendment (i) to cure any ambiguity, to correct or supplement any provisions herein that may be defective or inconsistent with any other provisions herein or with the Servicing Agreement, (ii) entered into pursuant to Section 32 of this Agreement or (iii) to correct or supplement any provision herein that may be defective or inconsistent with any other provisions of this Agreement.
Modification or Amendment Subject to the provisions of the applicable Laws, at any time prior to the Effective Time, the parties hereto may modify or amend this Agreement, by written agreement executed and delivered by duly authorized officers of the respective parties.

A waiver of a right or remedy on any one occasion shall not be construed as a bar to or waiver of any such right or remedy on any other occasion.
Modifications, Amendments or Waivers With the written consent of the Required Lenders, the Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of all the Lenders, and the Borrower, on behalf of the Loan Parties, may from time to time enter into written agreements amending or changing any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document or the rights of the Lenders or the Loan Parties hereunder or thereunder, or may grant written waivers or consents hereunder or thereunder.
