Modifying Work Schedule. The District may modify the start/end times in Sections 1(a) &1(b) by up to one-half hour provided prior notice has been provided to the affected employee. The Superintendent and Union Executive Committee may enter into an agreement to modify the work day schedule for custodial personnel if the labor management committee recommends schedules that differ from those in Sections 1(a) & 1(b). The recommendation to modify the schedules shall be based on either operational needs, safety of personnel, or to better support students.
