Module Specific Terms. 10.1 The terms in this clause 10 apply to specific modules of the Services, where these are included within the Services provided to the Customer. 10.2 The following terms shall apply where the Customer subscribes for Policy Builder: (a) Where Secure Schools provides access to a Customer to a library of cyber security document templates through the Platform, Secure Schools is not responsible for the content, or ongoing maintenance of the templates, or the accuracy of the information which are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must review all such templates, and take legal advice, on its own behalf as needed. (b) Secure Schools is not responsible for, and shall have no liability in respect of, any omissions or inaccuracy in the information provided. (c) The Customer is responsible for determining whether they are required to hold any such cyber security policies in its organisation, completing all necessary information and requirements of any such policies including but not limited to compliance with the policies, keeping any policies under review and up to date and implementing measures and safeguards to mitigate any identified risks.
