Vending Services. If you install or maintain on the premises any newspaper racks, video games, jukeboxes, gum machines, games, rides, vending machines, or other similar devices that do not meet with our approval, you must remove them within three days from receiving written notice from us. Pool tables, cigarette vending machines, gambling and gaming machines or games of chance are not allowed unless you receive our prior written approval. Any income from vending services in the Restaurant or on its premises, regardless of which person or entity collects the money, and regardless of whether we authorized you to install them, must be included in Gross Sales for purposes of your Royalty Fee and Advertising Fee. Upon our written approval, the money derived from services provided by charitable organizations or services that are for customer convenience, such as pay phones or cash machines, will not be included in Gross Sales.
Vending Services. The Parties will work to maintain vending machine services for the Plant. This service is to be provided at no cost to the Company.

Vending Services. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining a food, snack, and hot beverage vending program at XxXxxxxxx Place in locations to be designated by the Authority. All revenue from the program will be reported as part of other income and part of Gross Receipts on the financial statement. All soft drink beverage machines under the exclusive beverage sponsorship agreement with the Authority's soft drink sponsor are excluded. These beverage machines are under the direct control of XxXxxxxxx Place. All revenues from these beverage machines are paid directly to XxXxxxxxx Place and shall not be counted as Gross Receipts. The Manager may not install any vending machines or devices of any type or kind without the prior written consent of the Director.

Vending Services. The Building includes enhanced vending services for the use of Tenant and other tenants of the Building. Use of the enhanced vending shall be subject to such rules and regulations as Landlord or its management agent may establish from time to time, and to compliance therewith by the tenant and their guests. Any tenant or other party who violates such rules and regulations may be prohibited by Landlord or its management agent from using the enhanced vending services. Xxxxxxxx agrees to take no action to discontinue such services during the initial term or any renewal term(s).
