Common use of Monetary Contribution Clause in Contracts

Monetary Contribution. (a) The Developer Parties will pay to Council a monetary contribution of $1,107,000.00 indexed in accordance with any increases in the CPI from the date of this agreement to the date of payment, but only if Development Consent is granted for Development that includes use of the Land or any part of the Land for residential purposes.
