Money Transfer Cancellation and Refunds Disclosures. (All States Except California) You have the right to cancel a remittance transfer and obtain a refund of all funds paid to us, including any fees. In order to cancel, you must contact us at 0-000-000-0000 within thirty minutes of payment for the transfer. When you contact us, you must provide us with information to help us identify the transfer you wish to cancel, including the amount and location where the funds were sent. We will refund your money within three business days of your request to cancel a transfer as long as the funds have not already been picked up or deposited into a recipient's account. Please note that your bank or card provider may take up to 15 business days to process the credit to your account in accordance to their policies. Refunds are only made in U.S. dollars.

  • Cancellation and Refunds This and the following paragraph apply if you buy as a consumer as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”). Provided the Regulations apply to the transaction concerned, then the following terms apply to the contract.

  • CERTAIN CANCELLATIONS PROHIBITED The Student may not cancel the third (summer) semester of three semester agreements during the first semester (fall) without also cancelling the spring portion of the agreement. Requests to cancel only the summer portion of a three semester agreement received prior to the first day of spring move in shall be treated as if submitted on the first day of spring move in for the purpose of determining applicable cancellation fees.

  • CANCELLATION AND REFUND 5.1. Registration fee is not refundable.

  • Transfer Cancellation Requests and Refused Transfers You may cancel a transfer at any time until it begins processing (as shown in the Service). We will, to the extent permitted by law, make reasonable attempts to return any unclaimed, refused, refunded, prohibited, or denied transfer to your Account that we debited for the funds transfer. If this is unsuccessful (for example, the Eligible Transaction Account has been closed) we will make reasonable attempts to otherwise return the funds to you.

  • Cancellations and Refunds Our cancellation policy is as flexible and understanding as possible. All our bookings are received well in advance of trip departures and other people may have been turned away because kayaks have been reserved. Cancellations due to weather will be determined by a Saltwater Soul associate on the day of your reservation. If cancellation is due to weather or safety concerns, we will attempt to rebook you. You will be issued a full refund if you are unable to rebook. All cancellations by guest need to be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from reservation will result in a 50% refund.

  • Cancellation Provisions You are authorized, in your discretion, should I die or should you for any reason whatever deem it necessary for your protection, without notice, to cancel any outstanding orders in order to close out my accounts, in whole or in part, or to close out any of the commitments made on my behalf.

  • Violations, Suspensions, and Cancellation If PURCHASER violates any of the provisions of this contract, STATE may, after giving written notice, suspend any further operations of PURCHASER under this contract, except those operations necessary to remedy any violations. If PURCHASER fails to remedy a violation within the time allowed and as instructed by STATE, or if PURCHASER fails to complete work as required within any interim contract completion date or the contract expiration date, PURCHASER is in breach, and STATE may place the contract in default status as provided in OAR 629-032-0000 through 0070. Any default action taken by STATE shall be subject to the provisions of OAR 629-032-0000 through 0070 as adopted at present and as may be amended later by the agency having jurisdiction or authority over such activities. The provisions of such rules or any future amendments are incorporated into this contract and made a permanent part hereof by their reference as though fully set forth herein. The provisions are in addition to, not in lieu of, any other remedies STATE may have for breach of the contract.

  • CERTIFICATION AND DISCLOSURE REGARDING PAYMENTS TO INFLUENCE CERTAIN FEDERAL TRANSACTIONS (SEP 2007). This clause applies only if this contract exceeds (i) $100,000 if included in Buyer's customer RFP or customer contract issued before October 1, 2010 or (ii) $150,000 if included in Buyer's customer RFP issued on or after October 1, 2010, or if the prime contract was issued prior to October 1, 2010 but was amended after October 1, 2010 to increase the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

  • Certification of Funds; Budget and Fiscal Provisions; Termination in the Event of Non-Appropriation This Agreement is subject to the budget and fiscal provisions of the City’s Charter. Charges will accrue only after prior written authorization certified by the Controller, and the amount of City’s obligation hereunder shall not at any time exceed the amount certified for the purpose and period stated in such advance authorization. This Agreement will terminate without penalty, liability or expense of any kind to City at the end of any fiscal year if funds are not appropriated for the next succeeding fiscal year. If funds are appropriated for a portion of the fiscal year, this Agreement will terminate, without penalty, liability or expense of any kind at the end of the term for which funds are appropriated. City has no obligation to make appropriations for this Agreement in lieu of appropriations for new or other agreements. City budget decisions are subject to the discretion of the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors. Contractor’s assumption of risk of possible non-appropriation is part of the consideration for this Agreement. THIS SECTION CONTROLS AGAINST ANY AND ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
