  • Cancellation of Collocation Request CLEC may cancel a Collocation request prior to the completion of the request by Qwest by submitting a Collocation Cancellation Application. CLEC shall be responsible for payment of all costs incurred by Qwest up to the point when the cancellation is received. Collocation Cancellation is available for all Collocations under a particular billing authorization number (BAN) for which CLEC has not received notification of completion from Qwest. Cancellation is offered for all types of Collocation. A cancellation will only occur upon request by CLEC.

  • Payment Cancellation Requests You may cancel or edit any Scheduled Payment (including recurring payments) by following the directions within the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered.   • Pay Upon Transfer The employee’s salary in the new position will be their former salary or that of the next available step in the pay progression schedule for the new title which provides for an increase in salary if no equal pay progression step exists. If the employee’s salary in the former position is greater than the maximum salary applicable to the new title, the employee’s salary will be red circled until the maximum salary for the new title meets the employees’ red circled rate. Such employees shall, however, be eligible for fifty percent (50%) of the negotiated general increase occurring during the term of the Agreement. Lateral transfers shall not affect anniversary dates of employment for pay progression purposes.
