Common use of Monitoring and Recording of Telephone Conversations and Electronic Mails Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Recording of Telephone Conversations and Electronic Mails. For the protection of Client and CIF, and as a tool to detect and rectify misunderstandings, Client agrees and authorizes CIF, at CIF’s discretion and without further prior notice, to monitor and record any or all telephone conversations and any electronic communications between CIF and Client. Any voice recording made by CIF shall constitute conclusive evidence of the communication so recorded.
